The Louvre in Paris is simply the most beautiful place in the world to see statuary. You could spend a week there and if you really get into the history of the works of art... and view them deeply enough, you will be moved to tears. These statues, to me, were the most wonderful part of my trip there.
No flash was used... just some selective Aperture and shutter speed.
