Soccer at the Sacre Coeur...

One of my three favorite places to sit in all of Paris is at the steps to the Basilique du Sacre Coeur. Buskers of all types with a hat out for change for your viewing pleasure. This guy earned every Euro.

Exposed for the sky and played with some lens flare.
Paris rocked!

Back from Paris...

The 10 day vacation in Paris turned into a 14 day vacation due to the volcano in Iceland... which was a welcome delight. So many pictures to edit and so little time... more to follow.

DC Pillow Fight...

... over 200 people showed up for the pillow fight on the National Mall and about 100 in Dupont Circle in celebration of International Pillow Fight Day. The flash mob was put together by Capitol Improv as part of the Urban Playground Movement.

A good time was had by all! Such a fun event to capture... the sprit of it begged for a touch of cartoony vibrance and vignetting... to easy now with Aperture 3 and some brush work. All shot with the Canon 5DmkII and the 24-70 f2.8L.
