1. Government worker attending mandatory three week training course

2. Yellow Legal Pad

3. 3M Post-It Note Pad

4. One Blue Bic Roller Ink Pen (that will run out at the end of week two)

5. Red Marker (Cherry Scented!)

Have 1 mix together 2 through 5 while watching endless powerpoint slides until ink runs out or irritated instructor politely tells you to stop distracting guest speakers.
